Scientific research & supervision

 In cooperation with the Agricultural University of Athens, we have realised a comparative study of chemicals components of Sideritis L. species (S.scardica, S.perfoliata, S.raeseri) in order to understand how each species differentiates depending on its growing area.

We perform regular analysis on our aromatic plants in order to guarantee their constant high quality characteristics.

Bee & aromatic plants

We have created a special farm with different zones of 3 Sideritis species, lavander, oregano, rosemary and thyme, in which we have placed beehives. We observe closely the interaction of the bee with every different plant during its blossom period.

Our purpose is to understand how each plant’s performance is influenced by that interaction.
